2 suburban companies to move to Detroit

Bloomfield Hills-based marketing services firm Marketing Associates L.L.C. and Southfield-based Health Plan of Michigan will move into the new One Kennedy Square office building on the southwest side of Campus Martius park later this year.

Marketing Associates President and CEO Mark Petroff confirmed the moves Wednesday morning and said his company will move in on Oct. 29. A press conference to announce the moves is scheduled for Thursday morning.

Great news for downtown Detroit as its newest office highrise, One Kennedy on Campus Martius, is now fully leased. Now we just wait for Dan at Quicken Loans to decide on his move downtown as well.
