I’ve noticed that the nicer weather has also resulted in allergies once again and that’s probably because the grass season which runs from May to July as well as all the pollen in the air. If this bothers you too the recommendation is to shower after mowing the lawn, if you have the lawn, and to avoid being outside from early to late morning when there is the most pollen in the air. The ragweed pollen-induced hay fever season isn’t until fall, while the mold season doesn’t peak until mid to late summer. Benadryl makes me to drowsy so I’m trying Clariton for now.
