I know the question has come up before in conversation about where there was an industrial kitchen that could be rented out. This person is taking a survey to gauge interest in the northern suburbs for a shared use kitchen. In a way it would be an incubator for culinary entrepreneurs and area could certainly use more entrepreneurship of any sort.
